Shipping Time
The period for the delivery of an order is divided into two parts: processing time and shipping time.
Processing time usually takes up to 48 hours. Shipping times vary depending on the different shipping methods for each product category.
Shipping time depends on the shipping method you have selected.
For the Default Warehouse:
Most of the products of Onepuncher will be shipped from China. Onepuncher orders can be shipped to most EU countries (Except outlying islands and overseas territories).
Orders are processed in about 10-20 working days in most countries. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we have a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow a few days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, you will be notified by e-mail.
For the Overseas Warehouse:
The products will be shipped preferentially from overseas warehouses. But please note that we do not guarantee that all orders will be shipped from our overseas warehouses (if our overseas warehouses run out of stock, we will ship from other warehouses and the shipping time will be increased). Special note about the switches:
In order to guarantee the timeliness and quality control, only Germany supports the shipment of axle body products from the local warehouse, while single switch orders from other countries will be shipped from the China warehouse (the time limit is about 7-15 working days). Mixed orders (Switches + keyboard, etc.) are still prioritized for local warehouse shipment.
Shipping Fee
We offer free shipping on orders for most of Europe.
Note about special areas: Due to the difference in international logistics costs, some remote areas or special countries may not be able to enjoy the free shipping offer (even if the order is over €99). The system will automatically calculate the shipping cost based on your shipping address, and the checkout page will clearly show the final cost. (You can contact our customer service to confirm the specific shipping rules or get an alternative)
Policy for special countries and regions:
For Spain, we can't ship to Balears Province, Las Palmas, and Santa Cruz de Tenerife. We can't ship to any island address in Europe.
For Indonesia, we require your Indonesia Tax ID (NPWP), ID Number (NIK-Nomor Induk Kependudukan), or Indonesia Driver’s License as requested by Customs. Please make sure the document holder's name is the same as the recipient's name on the shipping information.
For Switzerland, due to the local customs situation, we’ll ask for your confirmation via email that you agree to pay VAT to the local customs before we ship your parcel out. Since we can’t get the parcel back once we shipped it out, we cannot compensate you anything for your order to Switzerland due to the VAT issue.
For Japan, please provide the information required for the order, such as name and address, in English.
For Korea, we require your personal customs code or birthday as requested by the Korean customs clearance. Put this in your order note.
Note: Fill in your city and zip code at our checkout page. We can only ship if the system accepts your address, fill in wherever a place as shipping origin is fine if necessary.
Can you declare the parcel as a gift?
No, sorry, the courier service does not accept a declaration as a gift for customs clearance.
VAT or import tax included?
Due to the customs policy of different countries, VAT is charged at checkout as required by the EU Commission to comply with VAT e-commerce obligations. The price of our product does not include the VAT or import tax of your country. But we will do our best to state a comparatively reasonable value for the product.
Onepuncher provides the IOSS to the carrier to speed up the customs clearance process and report the VAT to the European Commission every month. By doing so, we provide the necessary information for customs clearance in advance, so there should be no delays in customs clearance.
From our previous experience, the following countries/regions have not been charged import tax, including the US, Singapore, South Korea and other EU countries (except remote areas) such as Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
For US customers, you should not worry, as the US only charges import tax on items over $800, well above the value of mechanical keyboards and parts.
For most other regions, if you use standard shipping, you are unlikely to be charged import duty at customs.
The following countries are highly likely to get taxes and the associated shipping option:
Vietnam (please purchase through Onepuncher VN);
Austria (with FedEx);
Indonesia (with FedEx);
Canada (with UPS);
Colombia (with UPS).

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Please ensure that the shipping information you provide is correct. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail containing the tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damage
Onepuncher is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipment. If you have received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Additional notice about shipping
It is the customer's responsibility to help deliver the order successfully. There are several situations in which a parcel will be returned to the shipping company's warehouse in the country of origin:
We will contact the customer as soon as we receive notification from the shipping company that your parcel has been held up in customs for clearance reasons. If the customer does not provide any necessary information requested by customs (e.g., tax payment) within 48 hours. The parcel will be returned to the shipping company's warehouse of origin. If the customer wants to reship the parcel, you may have to pay an additional fee (according to the bill of our transport company). If you decide not to collect the parcel, you may be liable for return shipping costs (as per our shipping company's billing statement). We will refund the retail price after deducting the return shipping fee (excluding the additional shipping fee you paid when placing your order).
We will contact the customer as soon as we are notified by our shipping company of any incorrect shipping address or phone number. However, if the customer does not respond to our enquiry in time, this will result in the parcel being undelivered. The customer may be liable for the additional cost of re-delivery.
Once the customer receives the product, if it is not a product quality issue and the customer wants to return the product, the customer needs to make the request within 7 days of the arrival of the product/parcel and the customer needs to bear the return shipping cost. Once the product is received at our warehouse, we will refund the cost of the product through the original payment channel.
Delivery details on courier websites (e.g. YANWEN) will be deleted if they are shown as "delivered" for more than 1 month. The courier company will not provide us with any compensation for these orders and therefore, we will not be able to provide any refunds if the customer does not notify us by email to investigate the parcel after one month of being "delivered" on the courier company's website.
To avoid goods being returned to us, customers are required to provide their full name on the information form. If the name on the form is incomplete, the cost of return will be borne by the customer.
